Ballet & Lyrical Summer Intensive
Elevate your technique with our Ballet & Lyrical Summer Intensive! This program focuses on strength, flexibility, artistry, and performance quality, blending classical ballet fundamentals with expressive lyrical movement. Dancers will refine their skills through technical training, fluid choreography, and dynamic exercises, all in a supportive and inspiring environment.

ADAPT Technique Intensive – August 11-15, 2025
Elevate Your Technique with Focused Training!
Join us for our ADAPT Technique Intensive, a week-long program designed to strengthen dancers’ technical foundation, precision, and execution. This intensive is ideal for dancers looking to refine their skills in jazz, tap, and overall dance technique under the structured and progressive ADAPT syllabus.
Schedule: August 11-15, 2025
Daily Training Blocks:
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Junior 2 ADAPT
- 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Junior 3 ADAPT
